TAHLEQUAH - The UKB Election Board is seeking poll workers for the Nov. 2, 2020 UKB Tribal Election and has also decided upon a list of its polling sites.
The Election Board is requesting 20 workers to help manage the tribe's polling sites on Election Day, which is scheduled for Nov. 2 from 6:45 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Training will be provided at the UKB Wellness Center at a time to be determined. Workers will be compensated for their time and must be exclusive UKB members at least 21 years of age. Duties include signing in voters, verifying identification and sanitizing voting machines.

Polling sites for Election Day are as follows:
Canadian District voters will need to report to Warner Senior Citizens Center located at 802 3rd Avenue in Warner.
Cooweescoowee District voters will need to report to Emmanuel Baptist Church located at 828 S. Muskogee Avenue in Claremore.
Delaware District voters will need to report to the Jay Senior Citizens Center located at 816 S. Main in Jay.
Flint District voters will need to report to the Stilwell Community Building located at 320 N. 6th Street in Stilwell.
Goingsnake District voters will have two sites for voting. Voters can visit Oaks City Hall at 128 E. Sequoyah Dr. in Oaks or Maryetta Public School at 470819 E. 810 Rd. in Stilwell.
Illinois District voters will need to report to the Cookson Hills Center located at 32087 Highway 82 S. in Cookson.
Saline District voters will need to report to New Jordan Church located at N. 4428 Kenwood Rd. near Salina.
Sequoyah District voters will need to report to the Sallisaw Nutrition Center at 115 W. Redwood in Sallisaw.
Tahlequah District voters will need to report to the UKB Wellness Center located at 18529 W. Keetoowah Circle in Tahlequah.
