OKLAHOMA CITY, OK. - UKB Principal Chief Joe Bunch, Assistant Chief Jeff Wacoche, Secretary Joyce Hawk and Treasurer Sonja Gourd attended the 2024 Tribal Legislative Reception at the Petroleum Event Center in Oklahoma City on February 27. Chief Bunch and his administration met with our state officials and various tribal leaders from around the state. Each year, this event brings together tribal and state leaders in fellowship and mutual respect.
The Chickasaw Nation hosts the event in efforts to foster relationships with state officials and showcase Oklahoma tribes. Junior Miss Keetoowah, Grayci Spradin, was also in attendance to represent the United Keetoowah Band of Cherokee Indians.
